In keeping with the airport’s effort to offer the finest facilities and services to our customers and
tenants, we want to advise you of a planned street closure on Texas Avenue.
On Tuesday, April 30, 2013 starting at 8:00 am (0800hrs), Q&D Construction will close Texas
Avenue between Petricciani Street and Florida Street to allow NV Energy to conduct utility work
related to the demolished Airport Managers Office. See attached exhibit.
Texas Avenue will be closed on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm between
Petricciani Street and Florida Street. Detour signs will direct traffic around the closed
street.
The Project Manager for Q&D Construction is Jerry Morgan (302-6414). The Airport Authority
Contact is Joe Mamola with Atkins Construction (745-6996). Any inquiries regarding
construction activities should be made to Mr. Mamola during regular working hours. Critical
issues regarding Airport Operations can be made to RTAA Operations at (328-6490).
