Surveyors Start Tuesday, Sep 24, 2019

We are continuing our design work for reconstructing TWY & the ramp.  Some of you may have seen the drill out today on the ramp getting core samples.  Beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, Sep 24 for about the next 10 work days, you will see a surveyor out on the ramp as well.  They will begin around 7:15 am.

The footprint for the surveyor is a single vehicle and two people.  It is likely they will establish a control point device just inside the gate near the base of the control tower.

Please use extra caution driving in and out of the gate near the control tower, and keep eyes up and out when taxiing and driving on the ramp.

This is good news for us.  The quicker and better we get the engineering done, the sooner we can try and get FAA $$$ to rebuild the ramp and taxiway… and get rid of those irritating cracks!!  Thanks for your attention and cooperation.
