Don’t Drive Through the Contractor Gate!

We are continuing to improve our front yard here at the Reno-Stead Airport.

As you all have experienced, we have had some alternate traffic patterns to enter the airport due to preparing for building demolition and road construction.

The building near the base of the control tower and south of the main entry gate will be demolished beginning Thursday morning.  The work is planned to take about a week to do the demo and clean-up.

We will be opening the main entry gate on Bravo Ave. and Mt.  Vida St. for DEMOLITION CONTRACTOR ACCESS ONLY during the workday.  Tenants and visitors will still use the gate at Bravo and Mt. Charleston that we have been using for the last couple months.

Please avoid the demolition area. And, as a heads up, we hope to start working on the road reconstruction by June 1.

Please share with others and anyone who could be impacted by this. I don’t anticipate it will bother us because we have already established detours, but want to avoid surprises.
