Collision Avoidance Info from the Reno ANG

The Safety Officer from the 152^nd Airlift Wing at RNO has asked that we share the attached information with our airspace users for situational awareness.

Some of you have seen this before, but a refresher about how the 152^nd C-130 airplanes operate in our region is always useful.
