On Sunday, October 27 beginning at 8:00 am, Civil Air Patrol plans to fly if winds cooperate. They are going to test and train on their winch towing process from the gravel east of Runway 14/32. The aircraft will make a traffic pattern, land on 14/32 and then exit to the gravel east of the runway.
The runway will not be closed because the winch operation is outside the runway safety area for B-II class airplanes.
The CAP crew will be visually clearing traffic for launches and reporting on 122.7.
