RTAA Tenant Survey – Updated

Good morning – just a quick reminder that the RTAA would like to hear from you about the unmet needs and services at Reno-Stead Airport.  We received some feedback asking for an online version of the survey, so we have adjusted the format and prepared the same survey using Survey Monkey.  If you have ALREADY completed the survey and sent it either to RTAA or InterVISTAS directly, we appreciate your feedback but please do NOT take it again.

Additionally, based on the revised survey format, we have also extended the deadline to complete the survey until Friday, May 16th.  We really want to hear from each of you so we hope you will take a few minutes to complete the online version if you have NOT already completed the paper version.

Dear Reno-Stead Airport Tenant –

On behalf of the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA), we appreciate your continued support of the Reno-Stead Airport.

You may be aware that the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) recently updated their Strategic Plan and identified General Aviation (GA) operations as a strategic priority.  General Aviation services and infrastructure are critical to the success of the Reno-Stead Airport (RTS).  To help us better understand the needs of the GA community and ensure the success of the airport, we recently hired a consulting firm, InterVISTAS, to help us develop a blueprint for optimizing GA activity at our airports.

One way to develop that blueprint is by reaching out to existing GA tenants, subtenants, and transient users to gather feedback on unmet needs and services, willingness to pay for services, customer satisfaction, and what, if any, new services tenants would like.   We believe the most effective way to gather that input is through the attached survey.

We are asking each tenant, subtenant, and transient user to complete a survey and return the response by May 12th.  Additional copies of the survey will also be available on the *new* Reno-Stead Airport website beginning Monday, May 5th.  To access the new website and download additional copies of the GA Tenant Survey, please visit:

Upon completing the survey, responses can be returned to me (via email or hard copy) and I will forward to InterVISTAS or if you prefer anonymity, you can send your completed survey directly to InterVISTAS at the name and address located on the last page of the survey.
